The judgment by which the proceedings are reopened suspends the enforcement of the contested judgment to that extent.
2.
The decision regarding the reopening of the proceedings is not subject to appeal. A claim for revocation may likewise not be instituted against it.

Het vonnis waarbij het geding is heropend, schorst de tenuitvoerlegging van het bestreden vonnis in zoverre.
2.
De beslissing inzake de heropening van het geding is niet vatbaar voor hoger beroep. Een vordering tot herroeping kan daartegen evenmin worden ingesteld.
