The claim for revocation shall not stay the enforcement of the judgment. The court adjudicating on the revocation may, however, upon application, stay the enforcement by way of a provisional measure.
De vordering tot herroeping schorst de tenuitvoerlegging van het vonnis niet. De rechter die over de herroeping oordeelt, kan evenwel, desgevorderd, bij voorlopige voorziening de tenuitvoerlegging schorsen.
