Article 22
in forceInsofar as provisions in the deed of incorporation or the articles of association and regulations of a legal person are not in accordance with that which is determined by or pursuant to this Kingdom Act, they shall remain inapplicable.
Voor zover bepalingen in de akte van oprichting of de statuten en reglementen van een rechtspersoon niet in overeenstemming zijn met het bij of krachtens deze rijkswet bepaalde, blijven zij buiten toepassing.
