A copy of all judicial decisions concerning patents shall be sent free of charge by the registrar of the court concerned to the office within one month, and, if it concerns a European patent, also to the European Patent Office, as referred to in the European Patent Convention.
Van alle rechterlijke uitspraken betreffende octrooien wordt door de griffier van het desbetreffende gerecht binnen één maand kosteloos een afschrift aan het bureau gezonden, en, indien het een Europees octrooi betreft, tevens aan het Europees Octrooibureau, bedoeld in het Europees Octrooiverdrag.
