Member States shall provide that disputes concerning the transparency obligation under Article 19 and the contract adjustment mechanism under Article 20 may be submitted to a voluntary, alternative dispute resolution procedure. Member States shall ensure that representative organisations of authors and performers may initiate such procedures at the specific request of one or more authors or performers.
De lidstaten bepalen dat geschillen betreffende de transparantieverplichting uit hoofde van artikel 19 en het mechanisme voor aanpassing van contracten uit hoofde van artikel 20 kunnen worden onderworpen aan een vrijwillige procedure voor alternatieve geschillenbeslechting. De lidstaten zorgen ervoor dat representatieve organisaties van auteurs en uitvoerende kunstenaars deze procedures kunnen inleiden op specifiek verzoek van een of meer auteurs of uitvoerende kunstenaars.
