Article 80
in forceTRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Any person who is involved in the implementation of the Act and this Decree and who, in doing so, obtains access to data of which they know or should reasonably suspect the confidential nature, and for whom no duty of confidentiality already applies by virtue of office, profession, or statutory provision with regard to such data, is obliged to maintain the confidentiality thereof, except insofar as any statutory provision obliges them to disclose it or the necessity for disclosure arises from their duties in the implementation of this Decree.
Een ieder die betrokken is bij de uitvoering van de wet en dit besluit en daarbij de beschikking krijgt over gegevens waarvan hij het vertrouwelijke karakter kent of redelijkerwijs moet vermoeden, en voor wie niet reeds uit hoofde van ambt, beroep of wettelijk voorschrift ter zake van die gegevens een geheimhoudingsplicht geldt, is verplicht tot geheimhouding daarvan, behoudens voor zover enig wettelijk voorschrift hem tot bekendmaking verplicht of uit zijn taak bij de uitvoering van dit besluit de noodzaak tot bekendmaking voortvloeit.
