Article 76
in forceREMUNERATION AND COMPENSATION FOR INTERPRETERS AND PERSONS IN THE CONTEXT OF A COMPLAINT OR APPEAL CASE
The remuneration of the interpreter or the translator and the reimbursement of the costs incurred by them, as referred to in Article 78, under a, of the Act, shall be effected in accordance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to the Fees in Criminal Cases Act (Wet tarieven in strafzaken).
The secretary of the complaints or appeals committee shall determine the amount of the remuneration and compensation on the basis of the provisions referred to in the first paragraph. The head of the institution is charged with the payment thereof.
De beloning van de tolk of de vertaler en de vergoeding van de door hen gemaakte kosten, bedoeld in artikel 78, onder a, van de wet geschieden volgens het bepaalde bij of krachtens de Wet tarieven in strafzaken.
De secretaris van de beklag- of beroepscommissie stelt op basis van de in het eerste lid genoemde bepalingen de hoogte van de beloning en vergoeding vast. Met de uitbetaling is het hoofd van de inrichting belast.
