Article 1

In this Decree, the following definitions apply:
a.
The Act: The Principles Act on the Nursing of Persons Subject to a Hospital Order (Beginselenwet verpleging ter beschikking gestelden)
b.
the probation service: a probation institution as referred to in Article 1, under (b), of the 1995 Probation Regulations (Reclasseringsregeling 1995).
In dit besluit wordt verstaan onder:
a.
de wet: de Beginselenwet verpleging ter beschikking gestelden;
b.
de reclassering: een reclasseringsinstelling als bedoeld in artikel 1, onder b, van de Reclasseringsregeling 1995.
