Article 1
in forceIn this regulation, the following is understood to mean:
a.
Act: Foreign Nationals Employment Act;
b.
notification: the obligation for an employer to notify in writing in advance that he has a foreign national perform work in the Netherlands as referred to in Article 2a, paragraph 1, of the Act.
In deze regeling wordt verstaan onder:
a.
wet: Wet arbeid vreemdelingen;
b.
melding: de verplichting voor een werkgever om vooraf schriftelijk te melden dat hij een vreemdeling in Nederland arbeid laat verrichten als bedoeld in artikel 2a, eerste lid, van de wet.
