in forceThe change of the surname on the basis of Article 1a of the Decree on the Change of Surnames (Besluit geslachtsnaamswijziging) shall be free of charge.
A change of the surname on the basis of Article 6 of the Decree on Change of Surname (Besluit geslachtsnaamswijziging) shall be free of charge, provided that, in the event of a petition on the basis of Article 6, subparagraph b, of that Decree, the submission of proof of the granting of a benefit from the Violent Offences Compensation Fund (Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven) is required.
Wijziging van de geslachtsnaam op grond van artikel 1a van het Besluit geslachtsnaamswijziging is kosteloos.
Wijziging van de geslachtsnaam op grond van artikel 6 van het Besluit geslachtsnaamswijziging is kosteloos, met dien verstande dat daartoe in geval van een verzoek op grond van artikel 6, onderdeel b, van dat besluit overlegging van een bewijs van toekenning van een uitkering van het Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven is vereist.
