Our Minister shall establish the rules referred to in Article 68, paragraph 1, with regard to complaints concerning the conduct of:
the director of the Police Academy and his deputy;
persons who, for the benefit of the Police Academy, develop and provide police education, develop knowledge, conduct research, or perform educational support activities;
persons performing duties within the staff of the Police Academy.
Article 68, paragraphs 2 and 3, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
The functions or categories of persons referred to in the first paragraph, under (b) and (c), shall be designated by ministerial regulation.
Onze Minister stelt de regels, bedoeld in artikel 68, eerste lid, vast ten aanzien van klachten over gedragingen van:
de directeur van de Politieacademie en zijn plaatsvervanger;
personen die ten behoeve van de Politieacademie politieonderwijs ontwikkelen en verzorgen, kennis ontwikkelen, onderzoek verrichten of onderwijsondersteunende werkzaamheden verrichten;
personen die werkzaamheden verrichten binnen de staf van de Politieacademie.
Artikel 68, tweede en derde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Bij ministeriële regeling worden de functies of de categorieën van personen als bedoeld in het eerste lid, onder b en c, aangewezen.
