The regional mayor shall render account for the exercise of his duties pursuant to this Act and his authority pursuant to Article 39, paragraph 2, to the other mayors of the municipalities in the area in which the regional unit performs the police task.
De regioburgemeester legt over de uitoefening van zijn taken op grond van deze wet en zijn bevoegdheid op grond van artikel 39, tweede lid, verantwoording af aan de overige burgemeesters van de gemeenten in het gebied waarin de regionale eenheid de politietaak uitvoert.
