The supervisory authority shall make a decision to appoint an administrator (bewindvoerder) pursuant to this Act public after its notification, unless the publication of the decision is or could be in conflict with the purpose of the supervision to be exercised by the supervisory authority over the compliance with this Act.
De toezichthouder maakt een besluit tot het aanstellen van een bewindvoerder ingevolge deze wet na bekendmaking openbaar, tenzij de openbaarmaking van het besluit in strijd is of zou kunnen komen met het doel van het door de toezichthouder uit te oefenen toezicht op de naleving van deze wet.
