Our Minister shall supervise:
a.
the lawfulness of the implementation of this Act by the supervisory authority;
b.
the effectiveness of the implementation of this Act by the supervisory authority.
Onze Minister houdt toezicht op:
a.
de rechtmatigheid van de uitvoering van deze wet door de toezichthouder;
b.
de doeltreffendheid van de uitvoering van deze wet door de toezichthouder.
