If, in the situation referred to in Article 76, the circumstances mentioned in Article 72 are no longer applicable, the obligation of value transfer shall revive in accordance with Article 74.

Indien in de in artikel 76 bedoelde situatie de in artikel 72 genoemde omstandigheden niet meer van toepassing zijn herleeft de plicht tot waardeoverdracht overeenkomstig artikel 74.
