in force(Involuntary) medical treatment
The responsible physician shall ensure that the notification of the application of a-compulsory treatment, b-compulsory treatment, compulsory medical intervention or the continuation of a-compulsory treatment, and the results of the consultation referred to in Article 21a, paragraph 4, Article 22a and 22c, as well as the advice provided and the agreements made in this regard, are recorded in the medical file.
De verantwoordelijke arts draagt zorg dat de melding van de toepassing van a-dwangbehandeling, b-dwangbehandeling, gedwongen geneeskundige handeling of voortzetting van a-dwangbehandeling en de resultaten van het overleg, bedoeld in artikel 21a, vierde lid, artikel 22a en 22c, alsmede de adviezen die daarbij zijn gegeven en de afspraken die zijn gemaakt worden geregistreerd in het medische dossier.
