The Municipal Executive may, for an interested party who has recently terminated participation in education or vocational training, set the standard at a lower level for a period of six months following the time of such termination, if there was an entitlement for that education or vocational training to student finance under the Student Finance Act 2000 (Wet studiefinanciering 2000) or to a contribution towards the tuition fees and school costs under Chapter 4 of the Fees and Educational Expenses (Allowance) Act (Wet tegemoetkoming onderwijsbijdrage en schoolkosten).
Het college kan voor de belanghebbende die recent de deelname heeft beëindigd aan onderwijs of een beroepsopleiding, de norm gedurende zes maanden na het tijdstip van die beëindiging lager vaststellen, indien voor het onderwijs of de beroepsopleiding aanspraak bestond op studiefinanciering op grond van de Wet studiefinanciering 2000 of op een tegemoetkoming in de onderwijsbijdrage en de schoolkosten op grond van hoofdstuk 4 van de Wet tegemoetkoming onderwijsbijdrage en schoolkosten.
