During the actual surrender to or from the Netherlands, the custody of the requested person is entrusted to Dutch officials who are authorised to take all necessary measures to secure the requested person and to prevent his escape.
Bij de feitelijke overlevering van of naar Nederland is de bewaking van de opgeëiste persoon opgedragen aan Nederlandse ambtenaren die bevoegd zijn alle dienstige maatregelen te nemen ter beveiliging van de opgeëiste persoon en ter voorkoming van zijn ontvluchting.
