Surrender shall take place exclusively to issuing judicial authorities of other Member States of the European Union and in compliance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Act.
Overlevering geschiedt uitsluitend aan uitvaardigende justitiële autoriteiten van andere lidstaten van de Europese Unie en met inachtneming van het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze wet.
