The decision of the court is immediately enforceable, unless a competing request for extradition or surrender from the International Criminal Court or from another international tribunal has been received in respect of the person claimed, which has been taken into consideration.
No legal remedy is available against the decision of the court, other than an appeal in cassation in the interest of the law, as referred to in Article 456 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
De uitspraak van de rechtbank is dadelijk uitvoerbaar, tenzij er ten aanzien van de opgeëiste persoon een concurrerend uitleveringsverzoek of overleveringsverzoek van het Internationaal Strafhof of van een ander internationaal tribunaal is ontvangen, dat in behandeling is genomen.
Tegen de uitspraak van de rechtbank staat geen rechtsmiddel open, anders dan beroep in cassatie in het belang der wet, bedoeld in artikel 456 van het Wetboek van Strafvordering.
