Article 8k
in forceWithout prejudice to Article 141 and Article 142, paragraph 1, preamble and under (a) and (b), of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the officials referred to in Article 8j and the officials of the National Tax and Customs Administration (rijksbelastingdienst) with authority in customs matters are charged with the investigation of the offences punishable under this Act.
Met het opsporen van de in deze wet strafbaar gestelde feiten zijn, onverminderd artikel 141 en artikel 142, eerste lid, aanhef en onder a en b, van het Wetboek van Strafvordering, belast de ambtenaren, bedoeld in artikel 8j, en de ambtenaren van de rijksbelastingdienst, bevoegd inzake douane.
