Article 8a
in forceConditions may be attached to an exemption to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Single Convention and the Convention on Psychotropic Substances and the regulations laid down by or pursuant to this Act, or to prevent the abuse of a substance as referred to in List I or II or of a substance that forms part of a group of substances as referred to in List IA or a preparation thereof.
The exemption shall at least state:
for which of the prohibitions, as referred to in Articles 2, 2a, paragraph 1, or 3, it is granted;
for which purposes it is granted;
on which plot of land or in which locality the relevant acts may take place;
the manner of storage;
the manner of security;
the manner in which the inventory administration is organised.
Aan een ontheffing kunnen voorschriften worden verbonden om naleving van de bepalingen van het Enkelvoudig Verdrag en het Psychotrope Stoffen Verdrag en de bij of krachtens deze wet gestelde voorschriften te verzekeren, of om misbruik van een middel als bedoeld in lijst I of II of van een substantie die deel uitmaakt van een stofgroep als bedoeld in lijst IA of een preparaat daarvan te voorkomen.
In de ontheffing wordt ten minste vermeld:
voor welke van de verboden, als bedoeld in de artikelen 2, 2a, eerste lid, of 3 zij wordt verleend;
voor welke doeleinden zij wordt verleend;
op welk perceel of in welke lokaliteit de desbetreffende handelingen mogen plaatsvinden;
de wijze van opslag;
de wijze van beveiliging;
de manier waarop de voorraadadministratie is ingericht.
