Any disclosure which is manifestly aimed at promoting the sale, delivery or provision of a substance as referred to in Articles 2, 2a, paragraph 1, or 3, is prohibited.

The prohibition contained in the first paragraph does not apply to disclosure in the context of medical or scientific information.

Elke openbaarmaking, welke er kennelijk op is gericht de verkoop, aflevering of verstrekking van een middel als bedoeld in de artikelen 2, 2a, eerste lid, of 3, te bevorderen, is verboden.
2.
Het in het eerste lid vervatte verbod geldt niet ter zake van openbaarmaking in het kader van medische of wetenschappelijke voorlichting.
