The Dismissal Decree (Ontslagbesluit), as it read on 30 June 2015, remains applicable to a petition for consent to terminate the employment agreement submitted before that date, to a termination effected after that date on the basis of a petition for consent to terminate the employment agreement submitted before that date, and to the proceedings relating thereto.
Het Ontslagbesluit wordt ingetrokken.
Het Ontslagbesluit, zoals dat luidde op 30 juni 2015, blijft van toepassing op een verzoek om toestemming voor opzegging van de arbeidsovereenkomst gedaan voor dat tijdstip en een opzegging gedaan na dat tijdstip op grond van een verzoek om toestemming van de arbeidsovereenkomst gedaan voor dat tijdstip en op de gedingen die daarop betrekking hebben.
