Article 25
in forceIf the option to pay the transition payment in instalments, as referred to in Article 7:673c, paragraph 2, of the Civil Code, is exercised, the payment of the transition payment shall be spread over a period of no more than six months after the day on which, pursuant to Article 7:686a, paragraph 1, of the Civil Code, statutory interest is due on the amount of the transition payment.
Indien van de mogelijkheid om de transitievergoeding in termijnen te betalen, bedoeld in artikel 673c, tweede lid, van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek gebruik wordt gemaakt, wordt de betaling van de transitievergoeding verspreid over een periode van ten hoogste zes maanden na de dag waarop op grond van artikel 686a, eerste lid, van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek de wettelijke rente verschuldigd is over het bedrag van de transitievergoeding.
