A right of pre-emption may not be established again on an immovable property by the same administrative authority on the same legal basis within two years after the withdrawal or the expiry of a right of pre-emption.
The first paragraph does not apply to a right of first refusal that has not been entered in the public registers within the period referred to in Article 16:82a.
Op een onroerende zaak kan niet binnen twee jaar na de intrekking of het vervallen van een voorkeursrecht door hetzelfde bestuursorgaan opnieuw een voorkeursrecht worden gevestigd op dezelfde grondslag.
Het eerste lid is niet van toepassing op een voorkeursrecht dat niet in de openbare registers is ingeschreven binnen de in artikel 16.82a bedoelde termijn.
