If the inclusion of rules in the environmental plan aimed at the execution, operation, or maintenance of a project of public interest is prepared with the corresponding application of Articles 5.45, paragraphs one and three, 5.47, 5.48, 5.49, and 5.51, Article 16.87 shall apply accordingly.
Als het opnemen van regels in het omgevingsplan die gericht zijn op het uitvoeren en in werking hebben of in stand houden van een project van publiek belang wordt voorbereid met overeenkomstige toepassing van de artikelen 5.45, eerste en derde lid, 5.47, 5.48, 5.49 en 5.51, is artikel 16.87 van overeenkomstige toepassing.
