The preferred decision entails:
a.
the execution of a project,
b.
a solution without a project
c.
a combination of the parts referred to in (a) or (b) with the execution of other projects, or
d.
the failure to reach a solution.
De voorkeursbeslissing houdt in:
a.
het uitvoeren van een project,
b.
een oplossing zonder project,
c.
een combinatie van de onderdelen a of b met de uitvoering van andere projecten, of
d.
het niet uitwerken van een oplossing.
