The obligation to establish an environmental plan, as referred to in Article 2.4, shall be fulfilled no later than a date to be determined by Royal Decree. Until that date, Article 122 of the Municipalities Act and Articles 28 and 34, first paragraph, second sentence, of the General Rules for Municipal Reorganisation Act shall not apply. From that date, rules concerning the physical living environment for which this has been determined pursuant to Article 2.7, first paragraph, shall be included exclusively in the environmental plan.
Aan de verplichting tot vaststelling van een omgevingsplan, bedoeld in artikel 2.4, wordt uiterlijk op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip voldaan. Tot dat tijdstip zijn artikel 122 van de Gemeentewet en de artikelen 28 en 34, eerste lid, tweede zin, van de Wet algemene regels herindeling niet van toepassing. Vanaf dat tijdstip worden regels over de fysieke leefomgeving waarvoor dat op grond van artikel 2.7, eerste lid, is bepaald, alleen nog in het omgevingsplan opgenomen.
