Article 22.1

In this division, the temporary part of the environment and planning scheme (omgevingsplan) is understood to mean the part of the environment and planning scheme (omgevingsplan) that consists of:
the decisions referred to in Article 4.6, paragraph 1, of the Introductory Act to the Environment and Planning Act (Invoeringswet Omgevingswet),
the maps, as referred to in Article 3.5, paragraph 2, of the Supplementary Act on the Environment and Planning Act (Aanvullingswet bodem Omgevingswet), and the decisions, as referred to in Article 3.5, paragraph 3, of that Act,
the rules for which it has been determined, pursuant to Article 22.2, paragraph 1, that they temporarily form part of the environment and planning scheme (omgevingsplan).
In deze afdeling wordt onder het tijdelijke deel van het omgevingsplan verstaan het deel van het omgevingsplan dat bestaat uit:
de besluiten, bedoeld in artikel 4.6, eerste lid, van de Invoeringswet Omgevingswet,
de kaarten, bedoeld in artikel 3.5, tweede lid, van de Aanvullingswet bodem Omgevingswet, en de besluiten, bedoeld in artikel 3.5, derde lid, van die wet,
de regels waarvoor op grond van artikel 22.2, eerste lid, is bepaald dat ze tijdelijk deel uitmaken van het omgevingsplan.
