A system description of the national facility, as referred to in Article 20.21, shall be established by ministerial regulation. The system description shall, in any event, contain a description of the manner in which electronic information exchange takes place pursuant to this section between the national facility and administrative authorities and legal persons.
Bij ministeriële regeling wordt een systeembeschrijving van de landelijke voorziening, bedoeld in artikel 20.21, vastgesteld. De systeembeschrijving bevat in ieder geval een beschrijving van de wijze waarop elektronische informatie-uitwisseling op grond van deze afdeling plaatsvindt tussen de landelijke voorziening en bestuursorganen en rechtspersonen.
