Rules pursuant to Article 2.24 shall in any event be laid down regarding decisions to establish noise production ceilings as environmental values with a view to protecting health.
Regels op grond van artikel 2.24 worden in ieder geval gesteld over besluiten tot vaststelling van geluidproductieplafonds als omgevingswaarden met het oog op het beschermen van de gezondheid.
