If the competent authority takes measures or has them taken by third parties, it shall recover the costs of those measures from the person responsible.

Article 5:10, paragraph 2, and Article 5:25 of the General Administrative Law Act apply mutatis mutandis.

Als het bevoegd gezag maatregelen treft of laat treffen door derden, verhaalt het de kosten van die maatregelen op de veroorzaker.

De artikelen 5:10, tweede lid, en 5:25 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
