Our Minister concerned and the supervisory authorities shall, in the application of Article 18.4 and in the exercise of supervision of compliance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Act, respectively, observe Part XII, Section 7 of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
Onze Minister die het aangaat en de toezichthouders nemen bij de toepassing van artikel 18.4 respectievelijk bij de uitoefening van het toezicht op de naleving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze wet, afdeling 7 van Deel XII van het VN-Zeerechtverdrag in acht.
