This section is:
applicable to decisions on applications for an environmental permit, as referred to in Article 16.7, paragraph 1, under b,
shall apply mutatis mutandis to decisions on applications for the amendment of the conditions of an environmental permit or to decisions for the amendment of such conditions ex officio, as referred to in Article 16.7, paragraph 1, under b.
