Before the administrative authority issues a decision as referred to in Article 13.18, paragraph 1, it shall provide the applicant with the opportunity to put forward their views.
Voordat het bestuursorgaan een beschikking als bedoeld in artikel 13.18, eerste lid, geeft, stelt het de aanvrager in de gelegenheid zijn zienswijze naar voren te brengen.
