At the request of the person who intends to carry out the project, the competent authority shall issue an opinion on the scope and level of detail of the information for the environmental impact report.
The competent authority shall consult the administrative bodies and agencies referred to in Article 16.36, paragraph 5, under (a) and (b), for the advice.
Rules regarding the procedure for the provision of advice and consultation shall be established by Order in Council.
Op verzoek van degene die voornemens is het project uit te voeren brengt het bevoegd gezag advies uit over de reikwijdte en het detailniveau van de informatie voor het milieueffectrapport.
Het bevoegd gezag raadpleegt voor het advies de bestuursorganen en instanties, bedoeld in artikel 16.36, vijfde lid, onder a en b.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld over de procedure voor de advisering en de raadpleging.
