If, after the application of Article 16.33j, the irrevocable land consolidation decision differs from the draft made available for public inspection, the provincial executive shall draw up an amended draft of the decision on financial arrangements, in which the financial consequences of the amendments to the land consolidation decision are incorporated.
Article 16:33i shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Als na toepassing van artikel 16.33j het onherroepelijke ruilbesluit anders luidt dan het ter inzage gelegde ontwerp, stellen gedeputeerde staten een gewijzigd ontwerp op van het besluit geldelijke regelingen, waarin de geldelijke gevolgen van de wijzigingen in het ruilbesluit worden opgenomen.
Artikel 16.33i is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
