Division 3.4 of the General Administrative Law Act applies to the preparation of an environmental plan.
2.
By way of derogation from Article 3:1, first paragraph, preamble and point (b), of the General Administrative Law Act, Articles 3:43 up to and including 3:45 and Division 3.7 of that Act shall apply to an environmental plan.

Afdeling 3.4 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht is van toepassing op de voorbereiding van een omgevingsplan.
2.
In afwijking van artikel 3:1, eerste lid, aanhef en onder b, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn de artikelen 3:43 tot en met 3:45 en afdeling 3.7 van die wet van toepassing op een omgevingsplan.
