This section shall apply if it is provided by or pursuant to this Act that Division 3.4 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) is applicable.
Deze paragraaf is van toepassing als bij of krachtens deze wet is bepaald dat afdeling 3.4 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht van toepassing is.
