Pursuant to Article 16.139, rules shall in any event be laid down for the implementation of:
the Groundwater Directive
the Habitats Directive
the Water Framework Directive
the Marine Strategy Framework Directive
Directive 2014/89/EU establishing a framework for maritime spatial planning
the SEA Directive,
the NEC Directive,
Industrial Emissions Directive
the air quality directive
Environmental Noise Directive
the Floods Directive
the priority substances directive,
the SEA Protocol,
the Seveso Directive,
the SMB Directive,
the Extractive Waste Directive
the Espoo Convention,
the Granada Convention,
the Valletta Convention,
The Bathing Water Directive.
Op grond van artikel 16.139 worden in ieder geval regels gesteld ter uitvoering van:
de grondwaterrichtlijn,
de habitatrichtlijn,
de kaderrichtlijn water,
de kaderrichtlijn mariene strategie,
de kaderrichtlijn maritieme ruimtelijke planning,
de mer-richtlijn,
de nec-richtlijn,
richtlijn industriële emissies,
de richtlijn luchtkwaliteit,
de richtlijn omgevingslawaai,
de richtlijn overstromingsrisico’s,
de richtlijn prioritaire stoffen,
het SEA-protocol,
de Seveso-richtlijn,
de smb-richtlijn,
de richtlijn winningsafval,
het verdrag van Espoo,
het verdrag van Granada,
het verdrag van Valletta,
de zwemwaterrichtlijn.
