Article 16.117

An interested party and the administrative authority may lodge an appeal against a decision of the court regarding a petition as referred to in Article 16.93.
Insofar as not otherwise provided in this Section, the following shall apply mutatis mutandis to the appeal:
Section 6.2 of the General Administrative Law Act, with the exception of Articles 6:12, 6:13, 6:20 and 6:24,
Titles 8.1 up to and including 8.3 of the General Administrative Law Act, with the exception of Articles 8:1 up to and including 8:10, 8:41, paragraph 2, 8:74 and 8:75, and
Article 8:104, paragraph 2, opening words and under (a), (b) and (c), and paragraph 3, Article 8:105, Article 8:107 and Articles 8:109 up to and including 8:118 of the General Administrative Law Act.
Een belanghebbende en het bestuursorgaan kunnen hoger beroep instellen tegen een uitspraak van de rechtbank op een verzoek als bedoeld in artikel 16.93.
Voor zover in deze afdeling niet anders is bepaald, zijn op het hoger beroep van overeenkomstige toepassing:
afdeling 6.2 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, met uitzondering van de artikelen 6:12, 6:13, 6:20 en 6:24,
de titels 8.1 tot en met 8.3 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, met uitzondering van de artikelen 8:1 tot en met 8:10, 8:41, tweede lid, 8:74 en 8:75, en
de artikelen 8:104, tweede lid, aanhef en onder a, b en c, en derde lid, 8:105, 8:107 en 8:109 tot en met 8:118 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht.
