For the application of this Section, the Provincial Executive (gedeputeerde staten) of the province in which the land consolidation block is situated in whole or for the greater part shall be the competent authority.
Voor de toepassing van deze afdeling zijn gedeputeerde staten van de provincie waarin het herverkavelingsblok geheel of grotendeels ligt het bevoegd gezag.
