The development programme or the development decision may be implemented in parts.
The Provincial Executive may determine that certain measures or facilities as referred to in Article 12.3, paragraph 2, shall only be implemented if they have reached an agreement with a public body other than the State regarding the financial contribution of the public body to the costs of the measures or facilities and regarding the conditions under which the contribution is paid.
Het inrichtingsprogramma of het inrichtingsbesluit kan in delen worden uitgevoerd.
Gedeputeerde staten kunnen bepalen bepaalde maatregelen of voorzieningen als bedoeld in artikel 12.3, tweede lid, alleen uit te voeren als zij met een ander openbaar lichaam dan het Rijk overeenstemming hebben bereikt over de geldelijke bijdrage van het openbaar lichaam in de kosten van de maatregelen of voorzieningen en over de voorwaarden waaronder de bijdrage wordt betaald.
