Article 12.13

The ownership, management and maintenance of the areas and public utility facilities referred to in Article 12.8, paragraph 1, under (c) and (d), shall be assigned to:
a.
the province, or
b.
another public body or another legal person than the province, if this body or this legal person consents thereto.
De eigendom, het beheer en het onderhoud van de gebieden en voorzieningen van openbaar nut, bedoeld in artikel 12.8, eerste lid, onder c en d, worden toegedeeld aan:
a.
de provincie, of
b.
een ander openbaar lichaam of een andere rechtspersoon dan de provincie, als dit lichaam of deze rechtspersoon daarmee instemt.
