This Act applies in the exclusive economic zone, with the exception of Article 5.1, paragraph 1, preamble and under (a) and (b), and paragraph 2, preamble and under (a).
A rule established pursuant to this Act by order in council or ministerial regulation shall apply in the exclusive economic zone if so determined by that rule.
A rule established by or pursuant to this Act regarding dumping activities at sea shall also apply to vessels and aircraft registered in the Netherlands that are located outside the Netherlands and the exclusive economic zone.
A rule established by or pursuant to this Act regarding the catching, killing or processing of whales shall also apply to vessels registered in the Netherlands that are located outside the Netherlands and the exclusive economic zone.
Deze wet is van toepassing in de exclusieve economische zone, met uitzondering van artikel 5.1, eerste lid, aanhef en onder a en b, en tweede lid, aanhef en onder a.
Een op grond van deze wet bij algemene maatregel van bestuur of ministeriële regeling gestelde regel is van toepassing in de exclusieve economische zone als dat bij die regel is bepaald.
Een bij of krachtens deze wet gestelde regel over stortingsactiviteiten op zee is ook van toepassing op in Nederland geregistreerde vaartuigen en luchtvaartuigen die zich buiten Nederland en de exclusieve economische zone bevinden.
Een bij of krachtens deze wet gestelde regel over het vangen, doden of verwerken van walvissen is ook van toepassing op in Nederland geregistreerde vaartuigen die zich buiten Nederland en de exclusieve economische zone bevinden.
