The regulation of the Minister of Welfare, Health and Cultural Affairs of 17 February 1988, concerning the delegation of the authority to grant exemptions from the prohibition on advertising by domestic broadcasters to the Media Authority (Commissariaat voor de Media) (Stcrt. 1988, no. 49), is hereby repealed.
De regeling van de Minister van Welzijn, Volksgezondheid en Cultuur van 17 februari 1988, houdende overdracht bevoegdheid tot ontheffing verbod reclame-uitingen binnenlandse omroep aan het Commissariaat voor de Media (Stcrt. 1988, nr. 49) wordt ingetrokken.
