The officials designated by decision of the mayor and aldermen are charged with the supervision of compliance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Act.
Met het toezicht op de naleving van het bij of krachtens deze wet bepaalde zijn belast de bij besluit van burgemeester en wethouders aangewezen ambtenaren.
