The right, as referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, of the Databases Act, with regard to the basic registration of the cadastre, the basic registration of topography, as well as the registrations for ships and aircraft, is reserved to the Agency.
Het recht, bedoeld in artikel 2, eerste lid, van de Databankenwet, ten aanzien van de basisregistratie kadaster, de basisregistratie topografie, alsmede de registraties voor schepen en luchtvaartuigen, is voorbehouden aan de Dienst.
