In the event that the updating to which a registered document gives rise, with regard to an aircraft, has been completed and has led to an amendment or supplement of the data stated in the aircraft register concerning the owners or holders of limited rights, or the name of the aircraft to which the registered fact relates, the result of that updating shall be made known to the interested parties by transmission or delivery.
Article 58, paragraph 2, shall furthermore apply mutatis mutandis.
Ingeval de bijhouding waartoe een ingeschreven stuk aanleiding geeft, met betrekking tot een luchtvaartuig is voltooid en heeft geleid tot wijziging of aanvulling van de in de registratie voor luchtvaartuigen vermeld staande gegevens betreffende de eigenaars of beperkt gerechtigden, dan wel de naam van het luchtvaartuig waarop het ingeschreven feit betrekking heeft, wordt het resultaat van die bijhouding door toezending of uitreiking aan belanghebbenden bekendgemaakt.
Artikel 58, tweede lid, is voorts van overeenkomstige toepassing.
